Hello and welcome to Gain Consulting. Read on to learn about what I do in the world of laser engineering and medical device development.

I've been developing lasers and related technologies primarily for medical therapeutics for 15 years. I am a technologist, a technical writer, project manager and occasional academic researcher. I have worked primarily with early-to-mid stage startups, bringing new products to market and launching new businesses.

Optical design work, including development of laser engines, delivery devices, optical trains and associated optical hardware is one of my core activities.
